JoeCamaro 11 Posted December 22, 2007 Hello friends I have been experimenting a few problems lately. The thing i that I am not getting the letters cut right. I mean, they are closed but all of them have a little peak where it closes. Then I am also experimenting problems to turn on my machine. I have to play a lot with the cord to get it to make a good contact.I have to hold the cord right where it connects to the cutter and push it up, down and the sides a lot of time to get it on. I cleaned both things, the cord and the port for the cord but this wont fix it. Should I get a new cord or a new "thing for the cord" of the plotter? Thank you for your help.
