how to set the outline when doing the project...

I just finish cutting a project but i this also has an outline. Do i set the main part of the project first and then the outline, or do i set the outline and after set the main part of the project.  And which is the best way to lay the outline? thanks

I am using sign blazer.

Select what you want to outline. chose manipulate, chose expand/outline.  try a few options until you get it right.

i already know how to do it on sign blazer. but when i cut the project the outline cuts separate from the main part. which is the easiest way to lay them out?

you want it all to cut at the same time?  select all weld, cut

Are you talking about a two color design?  If you are doing something like text with an outline in a different color I find it easier to do it in layers.  The outline will be a solid piece including the area below where the letters go - then apply the letters on top of the outline.
