Driver needed for the Graphtec CE6000-60

Ugh. Skeeter that's what I was afraid of. that's why I never upgraded from Windows 8 to 10. I was afraid something might go wrong. Now I am getting notifications that my windows 8 will no longer be supported after Jan 10th. I guess I will still be able to use the old computer for SB I just wont want to connect to the internet correct? darcshadow. I will for sure try what you suggested! I had no idea I could do that. Thanks to both of you for your help! Mary Ann

Driver needed for the Graphtec CE6000-60

So I have installed both drivers mentioned above and the USB options are not showing up. I am using USB002 on my current computer but isn't an option on the new one. Is it the drivers that adds this? I'm using windows 11 and its way different than my windows 8 the first attachment is what I use on my old computer that cuts perfect! the second attachment is what my new computer looks like in the "Output device" Sorry I'm not tec savvy at all! Thanks! Mary Ann

Driver needed for the Graphtec CE6000-60

Yes I downloaded the Graphtec Driver , I don't know why the new SB that I downloaded on my new laptop doesn't have the same Comm settings as on my old laptop. I will keep playing around with it. I only do this every 5 to 7 years and struggle every time thanks for your help! I probably have the Graphtec software but have been using the SBE since the PCut and haven't taken the time to learn a new one. I just love SB.

  9. I everyone. I'm back for a little help. I have a new laptop and use the SBE program with my Graphtec CE6000-60. I was able to download SBE but cant find the driver that I should download. all help will be appreciated!
  10. Thanks MZ SKEETER. I will see if this works.
  11. I have been using SB with my Graphtec CE5000-60 and purchased the newer Graphtec CE6000-60. Will i need to download a new driver along with changing to the Copam CP-2500 setting? I set up and made the change to Copam CP-2500 setting but it doesn't do anything. I cant remember what I did to set up the 5000 years ago. Thanks for any help!
  12. I hate it so much I bought another
  13. I just wanted to follow up. I ended up not getting this one, it was a BIN on Ebay for $1,100 or best offer which he told me he would accept $950.00 and I just didn't feel good about it. We have a free online classified news site here in Utah that I have been watching and found one for $600. And it works great! I guess its best to go with your gut feeling and just wait it out. Thanks for the feedback on my post everyone! Mary Ann
  14. Thanks for the reply's. I better make up my mind. I will keep you posted.
