cbsuperduty 0 Posted February 15, 2010 I might have a line on an Epson 9500 for only $100.00 or so. Is it worth it to pick up just for kicks? No I don't have any idea what I would use it for. Just curious. Can these be converted to eco-sol inks or would it just be good for pictures and stuff? Could this be used to print banners? Thanks, Chris
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted February 16, 2010 I would say no on the eco conversion, photos yes indoor and banner - probably on a thin indoor material
knucklehead 530 Posted February 16, 2010 yep, photos (enlargements) any thing printed for indoors, Phototex for walls, canvas prints. You can almost print a full size race car to go on a wall. Fathead kinda thingys. The pigment ink will actually last a while outside, with some good UV laminate. And you have to use aqueous coated vinyl. For a hundred bucks, grab it.
