spare parts for heatpress URGENT

hi all

my heatpress has decided to pack up on me and wont heat above 33c,]

its one of these:

i bought it as a package with a refine cutter.

can you buy spare parts for these as im pretty sure its just the plate and its an easy swap over if i can find a spare parts supplier.

this is pretty urgent.

dont worry ive fixed it

seems all the swinging :s  eventually snapped a wire,easy fix,if anyone gets the same problem give me a shout if you need help

to avoid it happening in the first place id recommend getting some liquid gasket that sets hard and squeezing some into the hole in the back of the heatplate,this will stop the wires wriggling around when you swing in back and forth.
