Guest TracMatt Posted November 7, 2009 Check your design also and make sure you don't have a million nodes on the edges. Tracee
CRD 9 Posted November 7, 2009 The design is clean I checked it in Coreldraw. All straight lines. Knife sticking out to much? Paco
han7681 0 Posted November 7, 2009 hi is it too much or less?
Jay2703 704 Posted November 7, 2009 I would say too much blade out. Not sure that would cause the edge to be that jagged though. Jay

MaderDesign 3 Posted November 8, 2009 I think I know what they are talking about. lol Umm try using less blade. And, if not, we'll go through the step process. Make sure the carriage is on track, if it is, try adjusting tension on the belt, make sure the carriage screws are tight. Umm, try a UPS, if not that, try the RF ferrite core. If not that, then iunno man.
