727pilot 0 Posted October 14, 2009 I need four tee shirts. All four are the same with the exception of the name. I created the files in Inkscape and brought them up in sign cut. Three cut perfectly but the fourth will cut along and all of a sudden give a vertical line infinitely long. When I bring up one of the filew that I already cut they cut perfectly. I started from scratch and made a whole new file for this one Tee and gues what? It now gives an infinetly long horizontal line. The cutter head goes to the extreme right and makes a horrible noise. Is this one guy just possessed or something? Here is the file that is causeing the problem royshirt2.eps royshirt2.eps
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted October 14, 2009 are you cutting all decals at one time/ one run? or cutting and stopping? then doing the next one? do you have your cutter grounded really good? If you have a stand, is the stand grounded to the cutter. If using Usb, best to use serial,
Guest crshirts Posted October 15, 2009 $2.00 can of static guard will work wonders, just a light mist. Carl

727pilot 0 Posted October 17, 2009 I think I found it. A capital R in the font I was using seems to be the problem.
