cut them with your pcut  I done several jobs cutting magnets with my pct no problem round will be simple if you look under Materials/vinyl/re;setting blade to cut reflective on sept12 2009 I walked someone thru how i cut magnets on mine jhelms

No shit.. I would have never dreamed doing this as I wanted some of those Football helmet and horn for cheerleaders..I am assuming its gonna require a 60 degree blade and alot of pressure

I use old 60 degree blades and 104 on the pressure

Not a problem to copy MAN! also bigfoot cutting speed i use is 10 , my magnet is .030 thickness and you can buy the blades from US cutter 12 dollars for three plus 9.99 shipping flat rate order some materials why your at it. jhelms

You don't have to cut all the way through either. Pretty much just score the top and you can pull them apart.

Speciallty Graphics has em already cut if you don't want to cut them yourself.
