Put your thinking caps on ----- I need some ideas

Ok, so I have a customer who wanted some graphics for his baggo boards.

I cut him a logo from his favorite beer.

He loves them.

Now that his boards are done, he wants decals to put on the sides that look like condensation.

What the (*#@$)?

I don't have a printer, and he says he doesn't want a wrap.

He wants droplets of water.

Do any of you have anything like that, or have an idea of what I can do to create this?

There was a thread around a few weeks back where I posted some links to "doming", which is the process of applying clear epoxy over vinyl, and it "domes" up very thick and clear.  That's what I would do if I wanted to simulate water droplets.

Have any idea how to do this without spending $400 on the kit?

Everything I find on Google refers you back to UltraDome and their kit.

Or maybe different size round circles for condensation??

That's what is showing up on my cold water bottle.  Just an idea.

I saw something a while back showing an automotive painter appling actual droplets of water to a project prior to painting with the color he intended the droplets to be. This was in a paint booth, so I'm sure he had heat available to speed the evaporation of the water leaving his paint colored droplets.
