hey guy i picked up a job today, a tattoo shop wants to order 500 5x5 decals that say (clovis tattoo) with his number on them ! he wants them all in white, his son plays in a band, and is going to throw some out in a concert, and probobly give them away at his shop . i need a little help bidding the job .how much would you guys charge for a job like that!!!!!!!!thanks.

probably around $1 or so a piece. Maybe a little less if you think he'll be a repeat customer.

My Estimating software says: 15min of design time, 4 hours of labor. If it's cut with a calendered film I would charge him .68ea if he orders all of the 500 at the same time. Remind him that 3-5 tattoo jobs will more the pay for the price of the decals if he says anything about the price. Good luck!

i wouldn't do the job myself, can you imagine all the cutting and weeding you will have to do?  I would outsource with a company like strouse, you can get them made for about $0.50 each, and then just charge an extra $200-$300, this way you do nothing, but collect the check!
