I'm thinking of picking up the Copam-2500 with  SignBlazer Elements Full-Functioning Trial, Will this work well with my USB port and windows vista home version?

It should work with Vista and USB, yes. Whether it works well or not, depends on your particular computer.

Yes it will work, but it is alot better to use serial.

Which do you think is better for beginners and which is easier to use Signblazer or flexi starter and why?
