My 871 does that also and I am running it at 16 inches/s and pressure of about 80ish I think. Maybe I will have to slow the speed down some more and see what happens. Everything going one way is real smooth line but the other dir seem to all have a slight jagged line. Nothing really major but enough to bother me. cpwall 0 Posted July 3, 2009 Try taking off the blade holder and cleaning it up. Vinyl bits can get stuck in the holder and cause the blade not to spin freely and stick in one direction, possibly why it does good one way but not another. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
