well i got it figured out!!! just turned down the speed to 4 cuts reel smooth!!

i have the mh871 and when i cut my vynl mask it makes little notches on the edges on some fonts but not all of them !!!speed is at 16 ... thanks for any info!!!

can you please tell me which motherboard is in the mh 871 version A or B

Its on the stand and plugged in to a grounded outlet. Can you please give me a phone number for us cutter. I dont know how to contact them if it is a bad carriage. Thanks

i tried powering it off and back on and resetting it. its not having problems moving other than the blade coming up and pushing down. the little blade holder just stays in the middle (of the top and bottom) the carriage itself moves left and right just fine and the rollers move back and forth just fine. it not a problem with the cutting software because it does the same thing when i do the test cut in the machine itself.

everything is moving except the blade not coming down

it is less than a week old and was in the middle of cutting when it stopped moving the blade down

when i hit reset button I can see it try to move a tiny bit but thats it

its movig left to right fine the cutter carriage is not moving down to press into the vinyl and therefore not cutting

my mh 871 stopped working. the cutter carriage is not moving up or down. can anyone help? thanks

i just bought the 34" mh 871 to do mask for my airbrushing... should be here by end of this week!!! im on another site www.gotpaint.com...im compleatly new to plotters and have a little now how on the computer!! ha ha.. just wondering exactly what am i looking at to make it work!!! cause if a monkey could do it ill need help!!! thanks "airtime grafix"
