signboy 0 Posted March 22, 2009 I Have A Windows Xp Computer With Flexi 7.6 And Flexi 8.1 I just Recently Reinstalled Windows On My Computer And Reinstalled Flexi 7.6 And 8.1 And When I Open Up Either Program And Use Production Manager It Says "UNABLE TO OPEN PORT" I Have Opened The Preference Manager And Unchecked The Connect To Tc/IP Box But Still No Luck, The Other Thing I Noticed In Preference Manger Under The Tools Setting There Is A Rip Print Option But Not A Cut Plot Option Is That Normal? kenimes 42 Posted March 23, 2009 This unit will use the Roland PNC-1000 driver in Flexi- then make sure you select the correct COM port based on which cable you use to connect the cutter to your computer. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
