iaucolumbus 0 Posted June 24, 2007 I got my cutter about two weeks ago and I also needed a new computer. My last computer had XP and the cutter worked but I did have some issues that needed fixed, but the info from the computer was being sent to the cutter. Now that I have the new computer I can not get the cutter to do anything. Connections have been made by Serial to USB etc. Do I need a new driver for Vista? Also I checked the ports and it says that everything is working correctly. I'm kind of lost here. Thanks in advance for your help. Brent

kenimes 42 Posted July 16, 2007 I would go for XP Vista is still fairly new and has its quirks. The Copam should work on either OS, just make sure you are setting SignCut to cut through the correct port and leave the baud rate at 9600.
