  1. All you have to do is cut apply and blast that is it. I tired different pressures to see what the vinyls blast through pressure was and it is around 140 psi....you and etch at 40 so no need for anything elaborate .......like i said ....cut ...apply ....and blast

  2. From what I know... I acually got out of screenprinting. My customers love vinyl. The compliments that I get are 100 times more than that of screenprinting. Plastisol Inks require you to flash dry them. They have to cure (HEAT). If you want to store your screens after you used them once with vinyl.I would just reclaim your screens .....it is so easy to apply vinyl to them why hassle with trying to save them. When you want to use it again just cut and apply. It can be any color vinyl. (We all know we have that color sitting around that we never use)

If you want a great supplier check out www.atlasscreensupply.com They are the best. Even if you are a newbie just call them up and explain your situation. They are kind and friendly and very helpful. You can get a 110 mesh screen aluminum for like 14-19 bucks.

  4. Thats all I was saying is that I wouldnt. Great looking shirt. I think I have a lil more to worry than most would considering that I live about 2 blocks from a clubhouse...and every bar is almost a biker bar a round me. Ill tell you what, I wouldn't walk in the bar with that shirt on!! lol !! My wifes family in cinny are all outlaws.( Uncles)Just been around it is what im saying.

I wasn't saying that it looks the same. Just that it is a variation of it. That is what it is. The logo on the shirt is a variation of the outlaws logo.

  5. You know what I would be careful wearing that shirt !!!!!!!!!!! That is the Outlaws logo ! Modified and updated yes, but it still is the outlaws scull with cross pistons logo. Around here I couldnt walk down the street without getting stopped.

They are very very protective about their logo and versions of their logo!!

I wouldnt wear it. Looks Great!! But I wouldn't wear it.
