Exactly, you can't have one without the other. Ebay is funny like that, did you know that if you win a case but they pay the buyer They tell the buyer that you didn't have enough money in your account to cover it. A straight up lie in most cases and it makes you look bad without ever knowing it..

I think restocking fees can only be applied if disclosed in the listing upfront. They might view it as a violation if you try to claim it.

Split Shipping, no other realistic shipping options
101LEDs replied to 101LEDs's topic in Criticism and Complaints about USCutter
The people with small orders over pay for shipping to cover some of the cost for people who underpay for large orders. It works to a point, once the balance changes the shipping will go up. 70 pounds is the limit for $9.99, they must like you -
Split Shipping, no other realistic shipping options
101LEDs replied to 101LEDs's topic in Criticism and Complaints about USCutter
Not everything needs to ship Fed Ex. They are losing money on the piece coming from Washington and will have to make it up somewhere... USPS would of been a better option, cheaper and faster for the size/ weight of the item. At checkout my only other (unrealistic) option was next day for $120+ which is not the real price. Don't get me wrong, I have orders shipped next day from all over the world via DHL but I don't have to pay a markup on it. I would of paid for Saturday delivery if given the option, I'm guessing that the system knew it would be coming from 2 locations and thats why the option wasn't presented. -
Export it in the file type you need. Yes, you can open other file types but not all.

Check all other connections that might have plugs, something might of came loose. I doubt they used locking type connectors.

They are in the plumbing section. They work good for hanging extension cords too http://www.homedepot.com/p/Sioux-Chief-3-in-PVC-DWV-J-Hook-Pipe-Hanger-HD553-8W/202274026?N=5yc1vZbqjc http://www.homedepot.com/p/Sioux-Chief-1-1-2-in-PVC-DWV-J-Hook-Pipe-Hanger-HD553-6W/202274024?N=5yc1vZbqjc

There is always the possibility of a bad batch of anything mass produced. Is it all from the same roll or different? No clue as to what would cause it though.

I got the demo and after 30 mins of trying it out I was able to do everything learned in Scal3 and Inkscape. Plus things I didn't know were possible. No tutorials used, it's just easy to learn. As soon as the best price pops up, it's going in the toolbox. Disclaimer: From a Noob with only 6-7 weeks of cut/design/learning time. Your results may vary.

Is the board fried?
101LEDs replied to arcticmonster's topic in USCutter Refine Cutting Plotter Support Requests
Wiggle the piece or what you can, if the solder moves it is a cold joint. Happens more on board contact points than pins. -

There are other shipping options, they just involve more than one shipping partner and longer delivery times. The people who sell the small items usually make up for it in the volume they do and/or have other items that profit 500-1000% for each sold. (Small items = loss leaders) The farther up the ladder you go, the more discount you get on selling fees too. Then you also have the other ways/places to sell online to cover Ebay costs.

It is faster and cheaper (no monthly fee) to skip the third parties. You can run into some printers not being supported by them also, who would of thought that a dedicated shipping label printer would not be supported by Stamps...

changing mat size sure cuts alot 3 pro
101LEDs replied to utowngrafix's topic in Sure Cuts A Lot Pro
Use custom size to set it to what you want. It's in the top right corner in the properties box and says mat size. -
Download the file at the bottom. Open and use the draw function to trace the shirt outline on your paper media or cut out of vinyl if desired. (skip 3 if vinyl is used) Tape the template to your material and use a sharp knife to cut through the paper to leave the outline. Slowly cut the outline free, watch for the blade catching flutes. Cut the trim pieces out of vinyl, 2x if doing a double sided sign. Design/cut your text. 12" wide worked good. Everything is sized for 18x24 coroplast. Apply vinyl like a normal sign. Long side flutes would be best but you can use either. If you change the size don't forget to change the trim sizes too. Shirt sign Template.svg

You could make some of these, or similar. Just something I made to see if I could.
