Split Shipping, no other realistic shipping options
101LEDs posted a topic in Criticism and Complaints about USCutter
Why ship from 2 locations without contacting the buyer? Just happens that what I needed most won't be delivered until after it was needed. So I had to order it elsewhere. A simple email or call to ask if splitting an order is ok too much trouble? So never order on a Thursday, your order will sit on a truck for 3 days in the heat/cold before Delivery Monday. Have a backup plan just in case you have to wait 6 days for a second delivery. And hope everything is undamaged by the time you get it. It took 4 attempts just to checkout, not sure where the bug is but there is one in the system. My info was correct so it's not on my end. Overall my first shopping experience on the website wasn't great, maybe next time will be better. -
Looking for a good source of affordable, small decals/stencils

Some are possible, maybe not all though. -
It looks like it belongs, actually.

Don't get one too long, sometimes the cutter won't be seen (some models). Not sure about the T2.

Nice work, don't let him crash it.

Not a clue.. All I could figure is that someone was in a hurry. All the vinyl was fine, thats what mattered. -
http://www.labellab.com/LAB/aluminum_metal_labels.aspx Not sure if anything there will work for you or not. Haven't bought anything from them yet, but planning to.

First part of order arrived Monday, Siser color guide was stuffed into the tube and every page was ripped along the way. 2 x banner blanks arrived in white and not clear as ordered. Called and they fixed it, guy actually sounded surprised that there was only 2 things wrong with the order.. Replacements arrived today, color guide is in great shape this time but once again the x banner blanks were wrong. Clear as they should be but in the wrong size this time.. -
Idea's for local Market night?
101LEDs posted a topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
Got a chance to setup at our local night market. It's not your average swap meet, they are trying to draw people in to help revitalize a once "bad" area. https://www.facebook.com/NoliCDC/photos_stream We donated lighting and labor to illuminate their main sign earlier this year, but this would be our first chance to actually set up. They waited until today to let me know, and of course it's this Friday... What would be some good choices in the vinyl department to make/sell? Lack of power means nothing can be made on site.(it's on a city street) Our lighting will be main focus. Thinking fall- halloween themes but not sure what would sell. Any suggestions would be appreciated. -
No problem

They would of had to try and make a purchase to find out. That is the first thing we do when someone opens a case, block them until the issue is resolved then decide if they stay on the list or not depending on how things go.

Block them so they don't try to make another purchase and let other people know their ID so they can do the same. They are the type that you will never please and they are never wrong.

Thanks, hope they get back to me about using stuff soon. Here are a couple shirt designs I just did. Zombies are under Blacklight LED's. -

Thought about that earlier but doubt I can get some by tomorrow. Fluorescent green and orange are UV reactive and have those along with some Siser HTV and 30 shirts or so. Found some at https://www.heattransferwarehouse.com/product_info.php?products_id=407{13}60{12}55{14}633{6}1{10}1 Anyone use that brand before? -

Yes, got some stuff from MVD already and have plenty of fall colors on hand and a local SW if more is needed. They seem to change the design for each one they have and waiting to hear back about using their art. They work on donations so a percentage of anything sold with their art isn't a problem. Nice idea about the labels, thanks. -
I bought Vinylmaster Pro V4 and spent a couple hours designing different things to start learning the new software today. When I got around to actually cutting a design I noticed something different right away. As soon as it started working I thought something was wrong, it was noticeably quieter as it went about it's job. I tried to think of a reason for just a second and remembered that not a single thing had changed. After watching it and cutting a few more I realized it was quieter and the only thing different was the program telling it how to cut. Has anyone else ran into this before?

I just got VMP 4 today and I couldn't see the preview either. Clipart did show previews though since it's part of the program. The corporate logo's are separate, when you open them it's using your built in File explorer. Mine was set to list view, if you change it to tile or icon view then all show up. Same thing for the road signs.

30"x72" and a small 18"x24" with tilting top and height adjustability for small/ intricate designs.

It's in the refund email from Paypal. I only found out about it by requesting it be looked into by PP.

I hear you, just make sure one of the first questions you ask is about lighting or lack of.
-
Looks good, is there a certain size the DOT numbers have to be?
-
Don't forget that some can be lit from the inside with LED's so their may be other steps you need to take.

That is what they tell you while telling the buyer they won. Shady. If your policy is no returns, stand by it. They agreed to the terms by purchasing the item, they should deal with the loss.
