Sometimes you can enlarge a vector 5x, 10x, etc., rasterize it and then auto trace it back to vector.....Then use your magic wand tool to pick the colours you want to cut......Harder with 2 or more colours but works great for 1 colour with a lot of overlapping paths....

For an indoor sign, you can get away with it.....For an outdoor sign, I would not because Greenstar shrinks too much....

Not sure if you can print them, but if you need any kind of quantity, a trade printer may be a more economical option......

I have 2 GCC cutters and I have had way more problems working with Corel than with Illustrator....Not saying Corel will not work just have not put much effort into it.....

You can get low temp heat press vinyl....Goes on at 210 versus 300 to 350....

You need to outline strokes and then remove the original paths....

There is quite a difference in quality between screen printed and inkjet printed static cling......With screen printing the colour are bold and durable....With ink jet printing the colours are dull and not as durable.....If the quantity is small then you might be left with no option except for ink jet printing....Best to get samples of both and look at them side by side so you can make an informed decision....
