  1. I do clean off my rollers from time to time. I'll try the alcohol because it seems like the vinyl is crooked when the job is finished. Not straight like when I started the cut. I always use the feed function to make sure enough vinyl is rolled out so it doesn't have to pull from the heavy roll. Does the grit on the roller ever wear down?

I would not think the knurling (grit) would wear out , but I had a Graphtec that the grit rod was bad from the factory, somehow the weld broke and it would not track properly. They ended up giving us a new machine after two years of fighting with it. All good now 2 years later.

Grabbed it... No offense, but take a look at this one. I did a lot of work on it to make it what I needed...

    Thanks grabbed that one also.

  4. Try your distort tools, I only have Flexi letter, i can do it in corel draw however, I have been trying to accomplish that also. pretty aggravating  it does a lot of things in distort but not that, have tried holding Ctrl, shift, Alt. etc. no luck. I don't know if my Flexi will do it.

  5. Okay...so I am TOTALLY new to this thing,  :) my ex bought a plotter and it came with Flexi and Artcut...we knew right away that Artcut was out. We have NO Books on either program...so here's my problem....

I am desperately trying to figure out how to "clean up" the image once I trace it? I get my image into flexi and trace it out no problem (well I guess somewhat of a problem cause I am here) but I don't know how to "clean" the lines? It's a really curvy design and I've tried messing with all the little commands when tracing it and they result in varying levels of "badness" but how do I clean it up so that there aren't any "notches" in my design and it cuts smooth?  :D

PLEASE I am desperate to figure this thing out...yes he's my ex yes I am helping him out with this because it benefits my business as well as his!

Thanks in advance for any guidance!
