Hello Experts, I don't remember when I was here last but please help :) I have a Graphtec CE3000-60 for a while and I used it many times. We had moved and I packed as if it came from factory. As I load the media and it checks the width, it starts to cut some text. I tried all I know with no good results. I tried resetting to factory default by holding the up arrow and on switch and shows this: "NOVRAM INT." I let go the on switch and it shows this: HL metric ENG. Can someone help? Thank you

Hi, I know it's too early to ask you this. Did you have any trouble setting up this cutter? Did have problems with accuracy? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. I'm tyring to get a PCut 630 but worried about some of the comments where members have problems. Thank you in advance for any input. Sam

I really appreciate your helpful reply. I'm looking at this cutter on ebay BUT to be honest, I'm a little concerned about the support if start having problems with it. I mean if I depend on this cutter for a little side business and it crapps out on me who would I call for support. They say 90 day warranty. What happens after that? Help please, I'm new to vinyl cutting. I'm trying to buy the "US Cutter Laserpoint 24". Please give me your advice. Are you happy with this cutter. I've only used a friend's Ioline cutter. How is your cutter perfoming. The price seems reasonable . do you have anything to comment about it. I appreciate your help. Thanks Sam
