Scan your shirt image, clean it up in fav image editor and trace it in inkscape. You should have pretty good results.

Your native american is similar to the one on the nickel but is not the same one.

Can you get a better photo? Straight on and higher quality. You could then trace it or have a better chance of identifying it. I looked through my fonts and have nothing as close as lueman's example. If it doesn't have to be exact use what he posted.

The "e" and "o" are different as well.

I couldn't find a match. There are several font very close. In your example the lettering is all upper case with the "R" being larger. Looks to me like from what I found the "R" may have been modified to drop the tail down below. If you are recreating the logo, get a straight on quality photo. You can nail it perfect.
