I recently purchased an SC cutter and hope to begin making a few bucks with it. I have been playing with it to learn how to use it and made my first cuts over the weekend. I then used the decal I made as a stencil and painted this tag for the front of my car.
Yes, this one has several mistakes. We have to start somewhere. Comments welcome.

Very cool. I read your thread regarding efforts to get this up and going. Good luck with it, hope it is successful. I always enjoyed Halloween as a kid.

But I do like the sign, and the pigs especially.

OW - I should have known that, I think I even have a small box that I used to clean up some electrical and interior trim for my car.
Thanks,

petroman, what type of work do you do? What makes the LP II a (lot) better than this one?
Thanks,

Some years back a large pecan company moved into a nearby town. They had billboards up and down the interstate advertising the store and restaurant. It wasn't until the place was open for business and I learned the name that I could actually read the name on the billboards. It was a most difficult to read font. They have since closed up shop and gone back to where they came from...
I often wondered how their business would have been had people been able to read the signs.

Paint mask? Wow.
If I ever do some stone I will be looking for more guidance from the master!
What is the 180 ao that you mentioned? I've sandblasted a lot, but not familiar with the term.

Hello folks,
I am in the "looking into" stage of purchasing a vinyl cutter. When I look over the specs on USCutter, many of them come with Sure Cuts a Lot Pro. When I look at ebay, sometimes they say the same SCALP comes with the machine. If I purchase a used machine, is the SCALP any good, or must I purchase a new version?
Sometimes I see it stated that the version has X months left on it. Again, is it usable or no?
How do you sell a used machine if you don't have usable software to operate it? Seems like if this is required the price would be a lot less.
Thanks

Thanks folks. It was a fun project to start with. I have several things in mind to do with the machine after I learn a drawing program.
RickS - I have looked at botw - cool site.
