I believe so, I am still learning ArtCut. It is the older software we bundled with our cutters. It is taking some getting used to. -
Copam 3500 feeding problems

The pinch rollers need to be in the green sections in order for it to feed properly. The screw on the back should not need to be adjusted. The SignCut software is strictly for cutting, and you need to import graphics files to SignCut in .eps or .ai format for SignCut to read the file properly. -

I think I found it. When you click cut/plot a dialogue box comes up. Click on setup up top in this box and then the plotter compensation tab. Looks like it can be set in there. -

SignCut LE importing from Inkscape correctly. Customer is having this issue and does not have easy internet access, so I thought I would post for her. I would have had her email me the file to test here, but no internet. Thank you, Ken

She would be able to design her own using a graphics program. Then she could import the file to the cutting program to cut out the stencil board. Not sure if there is an actual Stencil program available, but with a graphics program and the cutting program, she would be able to do what she desires.

I would suggest trying for the CP-2500.......one of the best we sell. Good luck.

Also make sure you rename the file you are saving. I have found that after I change the file ext. to .eps that the name of the file still says .svg I had to go and type in a new name like "test" then it saved the file as test.eps for my SignCut import folder. You also may want to upgrade to the latest version of SignCut found in our download section of uscutter.com. It is under Drivers. Ken

I would be happy to help you get it to work with SignCut, but do not know about Corel for cutting. Like billy said, I believe Corel is strictly a graphic design program and not meant to be used as a cutting program.

As Tater stated, the newest USB drivers would be my best suggestion. They seem to solve alot of communication issues when using USB. -

Cuts across graphic randomly

If you are using SignCut try clicking on Edit, then deleting all registration marks, weeding lines, and manual tiles before you cut. Also make sure you have the latest version of SignCut. It can be downloaded from our web site under Downloads, then Drivers. -
Well billy, I hope that is not the case. If they offered better support for their product we may have stuck with them. The solution for now is to use SignCut instead of ArtCut. It will take some getting used to, but it is a more reliable program.
