SignCut LE does not do contour cutting and a few other essential things. You can Simulate LE by clicking on Help, then Simulate LE. I belive when your 3 year PE is expired, you then go back to test mode...not positive however. I will move this topic to SignCut so that wg kjell might shed some light. He works for SignCut and visits our forums whenever possible.

Which cutter are you using? Which cutting program? Could you attach the file you are trying to cut, and maybe I could try it here?

Make sure you are saving your Corel files in .eps format and that they are vectorized, then SignCut should be able to read them.

The only windows drivers available for that model are USB drivers. You can download them from uscutter.com, just click downloads, then Refine downloads and it is the top selection. If you are using the LPT1 or COM1 connections, you do not need to install drivers, nor will our cutter show up in printers/ faxes.

I have read that many have experienced a lot of trouble installing vinyl over and in the channels of block out windows, especially on Sprinter Vans. Even with using Primer 94, it has been shown to be difficult for vinyl to adhere. Some customers have solved this problem by installing blank magnetic vinyl over the entire surface, covering the channels of blocked out windows. The vinyl is then installed over the magnetic vinyl. The magnetic gives a more even surface for the vinyl, which makes for easier installation. Not sure if this would work for the trailer panels as well, but thought I would throw the idea out there.

Not sure yet. Just got a Vista machine, but not on the internet yet. I think it should work with Vista, will know for certain within a day or so, and will post the results.

With my Flexi 8.03 I setup the cutter to use the Roland PNC-1000 driver in the production manager. I have used it on the LPT1, COM1, and Serial to USB connection.

Try just saving your file to the SignCut Import folder in .ai format (it automatically saves in this format). Then open in SignCut.

You set the size under the images button in SignCut. Also make sure you have the settings set to inches. You may also want to download the latest version of SignCut for Mac from www.sc-x2.com, just go to customer login, then downloads.
