LP 24. I cut an oval, 20" by 36" and the completion of the oval is off by about 1/4 inch. Cutting 24" Oracal 651. Speed is 20. Cutting force is 100, blade is clean cut 60 degree. Thoughts on how to fix this?

You can buy hook and loop closures (velcro) from your local sign supply shop. It will be commercial quality. You can also weld the cut with welding tape (two sided tape) from your local sign supply shop.

what is an air eraser

we use the regular thermoflex plus or siser. one thing about doing this on poly sports uniforms, the siser shrinks like crazy, the thermoflex plus less but still does. we haven't tried the sport. if you are doing more than one color beware of this.

we are just the other way. we do 100's of shirts a week with vinyl. our gross margin is 30-50% on the big runs and quite a bit more on the shorter runs and 80% on the one offs.

Yeah, the vinyl will look better than the screen print after a few washes
