This is good to know, I was thinking of installing a 4th pinch roller on my copam to facilitate cutting narrower pieces of vinyl as my 48" cutter has a stop to keep the other pinch rollers from getting close enough to use the second grit roller. The pic of the 3 screws being upside down had me going for a min.

Don't know how to post a link but if you google the vector part # listed you will find the 1 site that will sell the file by itself without having to buy the cd. It's sells for $12.

Action illustrated has it on their sports cd.

If you are using scalp anyways then just lay it all out in scalp so there is no problem bringing it over from ill.

Sign blazer is one of the best for giving text an arc I think, that's about the only thing I use it for. Give it a try.

You will have fun weeding between your contour lines if that is to be cut vinyl, print and cut would be the way to go. looks good except you have an fj instead of a jeep.- 1

May be there is a statute of limitations as to how long they can wait and still bill?

Seems to me this should be brought up with your credit card co. Have you asked them about it?

If you cant find it within that program, then take a look at signblazer it is a free program and will make short work of arced text.

Yes, when you draw your box around your text you will get the properties box, in the appearance section you will have the weld button. I usually prefer to use union myself which is under path.

Most cursive fonts will be that way, just use weld before you cut. Union will do the same thing.

Or try ARK SG MONOGRAM for free.

Looks good, maybe add a couple more inches in front to compensate for a front bumper and winch, I like the look tho. A roof top tent and your ready to go.Donn

SCAL= Sure Cuts A Lot. The program you are using. -
Just go to window>my library and pick a shape that is close to what you are trying to accomplish, place it connecting the pieces you want connected and click union, it will be 1 piece then and will also be node editable (if that's a word)

In scalp just type it, go to path and hit union, that's it. That's all I did and as you can see (in my post above) it's the way it should be.

Ok, it appears it is .427 in dia. and 1.026 in length measured from just under the shoulder. Hope that helps, the holders were a little hard to find when I needed some so like I said, I just machined ( I thought it was about .040 inch ) about .212 off of a roland holder ( they are cheap and plentiful ) and it has worked perfect since I made it. If you need any more measurements just let me know.

This evening when I get home I'll get them, length from the shoulder down?

I have a copam that I can use for measurements, which dimensions do you need. When I needed more blade holders I just modified some roland holders that work perfect, just had to turn about .040" (if I remember correctly) off the bottom on the lathe.

I just took the screw out and moved the middle pinch roller over but would still like another pinch roller and to put the screw back where it belongs in case it needs to be there for some reason.
