Vinyl backing paper and some spray adhesive?
-
It's probably port settings. See instructions in link below. Looks like "Flow control" needs to be set to hardware.

Try a little less force. Maybe the Red is running on the thin side and you are cutting a hair to deep.
-
Post a pic of the rims when they're done.

For a single use pattern use vinyl. Cut, weed and apply transfer tape. Then apply it to the fabric or the fabric to the vinyl/transfer tape(whichever works best) and cut along the edges of the vinyl.

Make a copy of the top layer and weld to the bottom layer?
-
Glad you got it straightened out.

Printhead Alignment?
-
If there is a big difference between where the decals are and the rest of the RV cut the decals a little oversize so alignment won't be as critical..

Titanic?

You must convert the letters to curves before you can weld them.

It's one of those things you do so infrequently. Iknew what to do right away but it took a little while to find it.

Right click on one of the files and chose open with.
Select the program you want to use to open the file, you may have to use the browse button to find it.
Make sure the box is checked next to "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file".
Click "Ok".

Good Job!

Draw a 10"x10" square and then cut it.
Measure it in the X direction and divide that number by 10. That is your "X scale"
Measure it in the Y direction and divide that number by 10. That is your "Y scale"
Some software will let your enter the size it's supposed to be and the size it actually cut and do the above math for you.

Does the rest of it cut right except for the text?

I'm with you Arty!

What Slice said about "Dominant". Even if you could get it to adhere well it would look odd unless you were looking at it straight on. If those are double pane windows the inserts may be inside the window.

Script fonts:
1. Convert to curves.
2. Node edit to clean up connections between letters
3. Weld them all together.

You can't get it to move from the control panel? Does it make any noise?
