Check and see what the body is made out of. I seem to remember reading about a plastic that they sometimes use that regular vinyl doesn't stick to worth a crap.

Oracal 631 is a removable vinyl used mainly for wall art. You should try 651 for what you are you doing. It has a permanent adhesive. -

By the statement in bold above, it sounds like you are trying to set the pressure in the software. On a MH cutter you can only set the pressure on the machine itself. -
Could this be due to lack of overlap in the cuts?

Make sure the middle roller is over a grit roller and not between them. -

The glitter one looks like a tracking issue. You can see the overcut but it's not lining up with ther other cut. -
