There used to be a filter for Photoshop called "Stamp" that worked pretty well for that.

Before even thinking about installing it, I get info on the paint he's using. You don't want to install on something that has known issues with vinyl adhesion. Also paint needs to be fully cured before installation. -

Use a fabric measuring tape so you can measure up one side around the top and down the other side. Then measure the length.

The angles of the letters on the bottom don't match the oval either. Looks like it was matched to the oval at a smaller size and then resized to make the font bigger.

No, to do anything, other than HTV, on a black shirt you need a white background. You would have to do a transfer for dark fabrics.
