  1. sorry, I cannot help you with your actual cutter,  I do not have a US CUtter product,,    but yes, you can adjust your offset,  also  You can just click open your production manager  right from your desktop and make sure there are no jobs or errors on it,  It should be blank ,  like this picture  (the white area)   Your welcome

  2. ok  pro,,  I don't have Pro,  But I will try and help,  the versions are all different on some layout,  BUT   open your  main layout cut screen.  just enter a couple text on it,  just so you can HIT  CUT/PLOT and it opens like your going to cut something.  IN UPPER left corner should be your cutter name..  under it is PROPERTIES,  click it,  screen changes,  it is either at the top or bottom,  there are pictures on tabs,  run your cursor over and see if one says WORKFLOW,  click it,  screen changes, then the info I described is there.  the versions are different,  this is Flexistarter 8.6, but I hope you have some same things close .

  3. First of all you need to state what cutting Software you are using and what version.?  Is it really Flexi Pro?  Or Flexistarter?   there is a big difference  actually about $4000 difference.  depending on where you purchase.  and it would greatly help in the future if you post your equipment in your signiture, So we do not have to keep asking.    LIke mine  look in my signiture  Graphtetec  FC7000mk2-75    Flexistarter, 8.5   Toshiba  XP   etc.

  4. Cut manager is on your Graphtec disc,  you have to download it, to your desktop,  You click it first when you want to cut something.  That is your cutting software.  They may call it something different now.  I have Cutting master on my Graphtec .  Here is Cutting Master ,  user manual,  being showed with  Robo machine.

  5. Over pricing is NOT killing the industry, Yes printers can do it cheaper but most customers don't know the difference so why tell them "oh i can full color print this for cheaper"?

I commend those who have a nice strong pricing, I get plenty of customers and to be honest price is not everything. I have plenty of customers who use me because i am reliable, have a great turnaround and they like my work.

I say keep a nice strong price on your work and when the printers who are low balling everyone go out of business, look and laugh and carry on. Do NOT let low ballers determine you lowering your prices, that's the worst thing you can do. It's then a race to the bottom.

I seem to recall one of your posts awhile back, complaining about how slow your business was.

I've seen 2 'high ballers' in my town alone go out of business in the last 2 years. That says it all.

I remember this post myself,,,  guy complains on underpricing by other forum members, Ruining the industry, also charges priority shipping for small decals.   but yet.  comes on here( with his sign standing by the side of the road "WORK NEEDED" to  have other forum members to throw him a bone to survive, SO TO SPEAK.).  Two months is along time to only make $20.00 sales. Where are your great  returning customers? and word of mouth customers.  Plus right before Christmas, I was busy as crap,  making and selling  decals/vehicle graphics for Christmas gifts.  I can actually say I am fair priced and make a great living only selling vehicle graphics. The economy did not effect me that much.. I am never sitting on my butt, doing nothing. I do make a great living from my products. And it is strictly vehicle graphics.  This isn't a food industry, but look at at all the ads on tv for pizza, If you can't find a pizza for $10.00, You live in a cave.  It is better to make SOME profit,  than nothing..  If these companies didn't lower their prices for the conditions, they would fold. Nobody is saying give it away.   By all the jobs you are losing, you are jacking your prices up to try and make up for the jobs you lost. and losing those  jobs too. .  my2c

  6. I have never heard anywhere that someone actually stated who was making the Greenstar,  actually they won't say,  BUT if you notice the color codes are the same for Greenstar and Oracal 651 color codes.   Greenstar just has a GS in front of the number code.  don't know if it means anything or not.  Just thought I would throw it in.  my  2c

example if you want Oracal 063 Lime Green  you can get Greenstar GS063 Lime tree green   Oracal Silver 090  Greenstar  GS090  Silver

and the same with the rest of the colors
