  1. Since I posted the last message that I use iclipart, I have gotten over a dozen requests for me to download cliparts for different members. I am respectfully asking everyone to please not do that. It puts me in a bad situation as it is against the terms of use for me to transfer any content electronically and I feel bad having to tell people no. If you see the value in their service, please get a subscription, it's not expensive.

don't blame you one bit on that one...

  2. this is what a Novajet 750 looks like which is a discontinued model.  A Novajet 750 is a 42" machine, you haven't stated how large this one is.   even rebranded, it does not look like the same machine.

I could not find anything for the Times printer,,  only that Times printer is a very large printing company in China. but does not make printers.   Just provides printing service.   Sorry, all I found.

Hopefully someone else can help you out,.  I just did searches on the internet..I couldn't even find a picture of the control panel.  But it did say the Novajet 750 had 8 buttons 4 on each side. of the screen.  Encad even merged with another company and no longer produced Encad after early 2006.

  3. If you already have a cutter, why not just purchase Flexistarter8.6 with contour cutting for your current machine. See if it's compatible for your machine. Unless you really want a different cutter.  Big Savings  Some on the forum are using them with their Pcuts, now. and others.  User Boosted like it real well with this PCUT.

  4. No, these cutters do not print, you can take the blade out and put the  ink pen back in it's place. That is what a plotter does. Like blueprints. It can draw the design with the inkpen.  Some people use it in place of vinyl on paper to make sure the design is good instead of wasting vinyl.  Or if having problems cutting, to use the ink pen instead.  Any cutter will work.  Like anything you get what you pay for, If you can afford it.. Go with a Copam on up.  The lower end machines  do the job, You just have to spend more time fine tuning them. Copam on up to the Graphtecs, Rolands are more quality precise machines, with a whole lot less aggrevation.  Alot of people purchase the lower end machines, make some  money and move up to the higher end machines. It's all a matter of how much you want to spend.

but if you really want a printer/cutter,  here ya go..

  5. have you tried  uninstalling /reinstalling Signblazer?     and why would you send your customer an .eps file for a proof?   and not a jpeg?    I don't use Signblazer, but have it downloaded to help people,  I just made a design,  File> EXPORT  as jpeg. to my pictures.   worked fine,.

Import is to bring something  INTO  Signblazer.   You need to EXPORT it out of Signblazer.

  6. I found you some info here.... The Driver is the same as a King Rabbit vinyl cutter, driver is on this website.  I would suggest getting Flexistarter or something else. Flexistarter is cheaper on EBAY.  Rather than Artcut..   Unless you can get the cutter going with Signblazer.    Inkscape.org is a free design software that can be use with Flexistarter.   Goodluck.

  7. sorry, had to look that one up...  never heard of it..  you could try different drivers in Signblazer,  Roland PNC1000 is a generic driver that is used in alot of vinyl cutters.  Or try one of the Uscutter drivers like the REFINE MH series.  and see if that gets you anywhere.  Don't you have support for Artcut?  Or the cutter?

  8. post the image,   at the left  of the reply box is Additional options.  you can post it there.  ;D

any chance you can just dump the Artcut and use another program?  Signblazer is FREE  and can be downloaded right here on the forum.  Alot of people have trouble with Artcut.

  9. lol  you will find that impatience will get you overwhelmed and very frustated.  We see it on here all the time,  new people promising orders, and can't even run a vinyl cutter,, don't have a clue how to set it up,  and can't even vectorize an image. What vinyl do I use,?  How do you apply transfer tape? what kind of tape?  What does blade offset mean.?   Then they get ticked off at us, because we won't do their job for them.  Good Luck with that impatience.   You need to  learn first, then practice, practice, practice, before you take any orders, Even friends.   my 2c
