I have been making them for a long time, I have never arched them,, no problem applying.. there is usually enough space between the letters to flow with the windshield,,, here is a great video for appying... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_q9EAqSKJgc

I have been shipping graphics for over 3 years I only use medium tac either Rtape 7050 RLA or Main plain perfect tear,. and most of my graphics are at least 8' long and double sides rolled in a 24" x 6"x 6" box,,, never any problems..

Make sure the carriage head is on the track good. , (the part that holds the blade holder)and can move freely left and right,,

I started with a 30" cutter and no regrets, I have had by business for 3 years now, doing primarily full side vehicle graphics and stripes and I have never had a need to do anything larger than 29"W x any length....I am very comfortable with what I have and am able to get some great deals on 30" vinyl also, I also purchase 24x 50 yds. I do not see me getting a cutter any larger...I am very happy with what I do have which is a Graphtec FC7000MK2-75 With the great tracking and extra business I was able to do...It paid for it's self in under 2 months.

I only know about Flexi starter, I do not know about your machine, I have a totally different machine that is not a US cutter product...possibly some one else can help you on your machine..

raise your blade, until just barely sticking out of the holder, and lower the force.....start with just doing a test and not any type of design.. AND take a deep breath, it does get easier,,

open up the production manager,, at the top left corner.. it says FILE,,EDIT, SETUP,, Click on SETUP. then add set up,a screen opens FOR add set up....then in the drop boxes add your vinyl cutter brand and model.... click next, click finish

go to control panel /open up your device manager,,, when you plug the USB in, it will show the port/comm number, then enter that port/ comm # into Flexi setup

explain further, didn't understand that..

Did you enter the password that is on the paper that came with it?

Did you purchase the Flexi 8.5 program new? Did it come with a USB dongle? or is it softkey? (no dongle?

I've been with EARLMICH.com from the git go, 3 years. ..I purchase 50yrds rolls....great customer service,,, I live in Northern Indiana, they are up by Chicago, about 4 12/ hours away, I always get my product next day, UPS ,as I do order early in the day, they are great with making sure the vinyl and app tape is packaged great.. And they put plastic caps in the roll ends so the vinyl doesn't slip off... I will stay with a tried and true company...

After just reading the user manual for your machine, I do not see where it has the feature...Not all vinyl cutters do..

conform AT-60 is good clear app tape,, I do use it for small decals,, but I ship them flat.. between cardboard,,,
