Have you had the software for awhile? or just buy it? does it have the dongle? did you put the dongle in a USB port in your computer?

he wants to cut all 1 color I want select all the logo in one color, and cut it in one shot. But as today I 'm unable .

First off, what version of Flexi? well after production manager is open, look in advanced tab, or options tab.. one of them, and it says SEND all colors. click it. look in properties under your cutter brand, click it , picture of knife/blade, click it. look for knife offset.

no thanks tek,,, I just have a good memory,, I have seen this stuff written soooooooooooo many times, but no one knows what the word SEARCH means.... or how to use it. I don't even have one of their machines...

ok, it has been 2 years or longer,, I would uninstall Signblazer completley and do a fresh install. well first off what type of cutting software are using with your "clothes rack"? Need more info? Had it 2 years, when was the last time you ever calibrated your cutter? x y axis? Need more info than what you have started with.. Has it always done this? Or after two years this the first time you have tried to get help and WHY? if waiting all this time.

personally I would save and go with the bigger. Graphtec I have the 30" and just love it. I have had a starter machine before and still have it, but for great tracking , smooth cuts, and a real quiet smooth machine. and no problems and a great warranty, you can't beat the Graphtecs. just my 2c

If your smart enough to a run a computer, run software and run a vinyl cutter and make decals, THEN you are smart enough to learn to vectorize. You have to practice, practice, practice, but if everyone does it for you, you will not learn on your own.. After ALL you knew this coming in to the business. How was you expecting to get it done? The people on the forum WILL help, They will help you LEARN it. That is why there is so much information on this forum, and numerous videos. www.inkscape.org is one of the easiest softwares to vectorize with. And it is FREE software.

I do think there is a file in the graphics requests, or vectorizing requests. try a search I guy was doing them a while back maybe July August..

have you made sure there is no pieces of vinyl in the blade holder, , is it spinning freely, have you tried adjusting offset.. Is that jagged cutting on all designs you cut?

option is to download inkscape www.inkscape.org. it is a free software to download and free to use ,,,,and FREE is FUN!!!!!

did you download it there on Brands where it says download .eps?

did you try reinstalling driver and software, Do all your settings still match in your software and computer,. does the com match or did it jump to another com,

I believe Signblazer, is limited into what types of files it can import,, This is a free software mind you,,, and cannot to date be improved. as the owner passed away a while back.
