the files are already vector,, can't you import in Sign Blazer or whatever you cutting software is. ?

Sorry never heard of that brand,, maybe just try some different drivers in Signblazer... Roland 1000 driver is used in alot of cutters,,

where did you purchase the cutter? Is there a website for it? didn't you get any software with it for cutting?

actually have you tried,, Weed all and put a margin? just try running a small test with each weeding option, not saying run the whole order, and make them smaller, or so you do not waste vinyl, do it on paper/pen. I don't use Signblazer,, I have Flexi

It would really help if you said what cutting software you are using. The cutter doesn't matter,, It is the cutting software that does it, what brand of Cutting software are you using?

I would say ask your customer EXACTLY what they want,, there is a big difference in prices. You can get just regular gold vinyl.

go into your DEFAULT JOB PROPERTIES AND see what your resolultion is at , Steps in mine is at 1020.00 steps/ in I use inches

I always run mine at 100% on SIZE why are you running at 50%? Have you tried it at 100%?

it is not about the size..... it is about how many nodes /info/data is in that file.. not the size of it being 20" x 30" Honestly I would put all that in my Graphtec. From the looks of all those files,, That file would have more info than doing several of my Wizards at a time,,

there is no arch text in Flexistarter .... Also I have made windshield banners for several years and have never arched them They apply just fine without an arch.

have you tried to download a different link? there are several out there for inkscape. go to a search engine like www.dogpile .com and enter inkscape several will come up. from different versions of inkscape

This is a pretty popular item for me,, I just finished,, It does have the left and right mirrored and is length 77" x 20" wide I have done him in numerous colors, this customer wanted it done in black.. Sorry I cannot share the design..
