your images have to be in vector format like .eps .ai etc. you cannot use raster images, like bitmat or jpg. So if you have a raster image it has to be converted to vector, then you import the vector image into Flexi

When you open your device manager, what port does it show your cable is on? Plug your cable in, unplug it. You have to match that port # with the port# in Flexi production manager,,

did you open production manager and enter your correct cutter and model? are you using USB or serial to set it up? what type of operating system Windows? Mac? desktop , laptop? need all the info,

No .... they are just trying to sell you something. If your cutting software does what YOU need, it to do, You should be fine.

you can find the star already vectorized on brandsoftheworld.com you can change the colors to it, by cutting it in the colors you want. it is 2 colors. Add some registration marks and layer it.

the cutter only has so much memory, after doing a cut, turn off your cutter and turn it back on, or unplug the cable and plug it back in, before doing the next job. It's got to dump the data that is in it first, from the last order. before the memory gets too full. I don't have that cutter, but the cheaper cutters are not made with as much memory as the more expensive cutters. And trying to do 400 decals at one is way too much, Start with possibly 25. Depending on how big they are and if you are using weedlines on them. 25 maybe too many. You will need alot more memory for that,

can you save your drawing in an .eps format? SB is very limited on the types of files it can import.
