You might like Flexistarter 8.6 though, I have been using Flexistarter for about 4 years.. never any problems. It is basically a cutting software though. You can get it on EBAY for $99. -$129. and it has contour cutting on it. Better than renewing a license,, You can do your vector with inkscape which is FREE and import into Flexistarter. Or follow Banner John's idea and try Signblazer which is free.

I'm just trying to point out,, that your copy is pirated, not trying to sell you anything....

here is a real version of Flexi Pro 7.6 shown with the dongles. Of course it will go alot cheaper than the newer versions. It is not as updated and not Vista compatible. USED But it is still not something that anybody just gives away. oh YES!! a real copy comes with a password and USB dongle so it is protected. After all, a real copy runs around $4000 give or take.

How did you get Flexi Pro 7.6 to work on Vista? It was not made Vista compatible until it went to version 8.5...

From looking at the picture on Signware house on the R series cutter it is a RED SAIL cutter, that is the logo on the control panel. The Q series are made by Graphtec. http://www.hflaser.com/Vinyl-Cutter.html

a Vinyl Express R series is a Redsail. Rebranded to say Vinyl Express.R Sold by Signwarehouse.. It is about like the MH series here.

you have to extract the file BEFORE you import it into your software. After it is extracted, then you import it into Corel or whatever you are using. Why are you importing it into Corel first anyway.? are you changing it or something? Did you try to import into your cutting software? SignBlazer, Signcut etc.

I extracted it in my windows xp imported it into Flexistarter It is a Lighthouse in a circle one ludington place condominiums

I have a Seiki that I purchased in 2006, good machine, no problems, and it comes with Flexistarter on their EBAY ads. I have a Graphtec and still have kept my Seiki, 'cause you just never know what can happen to a machine. You could also check around on your local Craigslist and see if anyone has a used Roland or Graphtec. Just a thought.

doesn't the cover come off your carriage head? Sorry, I don't have a US Cutter, product, just trying to help. My Graphtec does.

Have you tried running it with the cover off? to see if you don't have a screw sticking out, or something binding on something.

Not to burst your bubble, but, Six months or so depends on your warranty. and whether you bought if off of their EBAY ad or the US cutter site. . and how much you have left. Yes they have parts though,
