also when you do a simple test cut, what does it look like? is it perfectly square? If not, have you adjusted your blade offset any?

you can download Signblazer and import .eps files. then export it as an .eps file

it means Portfolio Saved View, it happened when you downloaded the viewer it put a file extention on your documents. If you uninstall the viewer, they will probably go away.

why would you use 24" vinyl? Like you said the machine is a 15" You need 15" vinyl and keep practicing. I have no idea what you did. Start again. we all have to practice to learn our machines. Use scrap vinyl. and start with something small, If the cutter had a pen, use pen and paper. and practice that way.

yes, you need to put your vinyl on rollers , so there isn't any tugging of the vinyl. Your making your machine work too hard, the machine shouldn't be pulling on a roll of vinyl when it is cutting., This will make it not track right. You should give the vinyl enough slack for the actual order you are cutting. My Graphtec tracks perfect all the time, and I run huge fullside vehicle graphics, I don't think you are properly running the machine to get the full benefits of it. Graphtec are great machines. I think if you would run it as it should be ran, and follow the manuals , you would love it!!! yes, you can try using Signblazer with it.

I have a 30" Graphtec, and I love it. had over 3 years now and NEVER a problem. with a great warranty also. Paid for it'self in no time at all. You can't go wrong with any Graphtec. Did you download the user manual from the Graphtec site for the Craft Robo? very ez to get one...

looks to me like the weeding lines can be turned off. in Signcut. .. You have several options for the weeding lines, etc. I just have it downloaded to help out. I don't use it. If you don't like SignCut, why not try Signblazer? it is free. and has weeding lines to turn on and off. The Copam tracking in only best at about 10ft' ,as stated by tech support. All comments that I have seen on here are that people love their Copam. You would need a much more professional cutter for 34ft' A Graphtec, Roland, etc. and not real sure about the memory for a Copam at 34ft', That's alot of data to send to a cutter.

are you pulling the length of the entire order of vinyl, loose, so that it is not pulling the vinyl from the roll? Because you should be, the vinyl cutter should NEVER be pulling the vinyl directly from the roll, while your cutting your order. If your order is 80" roll off 85" or a bit more, so it is free smoothly pull the vinyl into the vinyl cutter. Are you prefeeding the vinyl, so that you can see how it will tracks back and forth before cutting? Sorry, I don't have a Copam, not sure of the options(buttons) on the machine. This is something for any vinyl cutter.

it all depends on what you are using it for. If your planning on printing and contour cutting, the laser cutter will work for that.

that is the difference, the laser pointer contour cuts, it has a laser eye on it. the Pcut does not, but you can purchase Flexistarter8.6 with contour cutting and the Pcut can contour cut also.
