Do you have a local Fellers, Glantz, -
my bad I skimmed and thought it was a p-cut - I know even less about the pc-60. a member on here that goes by Kimon knows signcut, but I think we need someone with a roland to chime in. sorry for the confusion.
-
nice set up Claw- now if I got it planned right I can travel to Bigfoots house then to Bannerjohns, next stop is yours then Kenya to stop and see Pirate Dave! When we went to Hawaii this year I was telling Stacey which members (I communicate regularly with) were close to each stop over that we were at. It's a sickness really

if the blade never lifts I would look at the carriage or the motherboard. if I remember correctly the p-cut has the blade lifted when off and first fired up - unlike the refine mh series that lifts the blade when powered up - contact usc thru the support ticket system on their site and they will run you thru testing it

The small hole if now sealed will let moisture in over time and destroy your work -

Any you won't get any help from me either with that attitude. this is a friendly forum for the most part . . .nice first impression Speed helps lots of people and Mack is very nice person. sounds like you don't want anyones advice! Give signs101 a try -
Good call and looks like a paint roller for applying the paint!

To start get a portable for outside vette. you are where it is warm! http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=30979 I have one of these too along with the pressure pot and cabinet
-
has been done but for long lasting work use a heat press - the hat press applies an even pressure and heat over the entire surface. a good heat press can be had for 250.00 including shipping from Sunie
-
The mugs are done with sublimation ink - a set up from conde will run a little under 500.00 for printer and inks. sublimation ink turns to a gas and attaches itself to the mug at 400 degrees - your canon ink will not work for sublimation. for t-shirts and hats you can use heat applied vinyl like Easyweed - $32.00 roll from alpine sign supply out of Lansing Michigan

These were from another person but were purchased from conde- they have nothing over the insert (clear cover)

Help With Procut Reinstall PLEASE!
Dakotagrafx replied to nmpeters's topic in Creation PCUT Cutting Plotter Support Requests
No real advise on that set up but I have a second computer with xp just for cutting. . .that way of something happens with the main house computer i am not out of business. also xp was way more stable than when I cut on Vista - we now use Win7 and it works great also with most things. I still have issues with my sawgrass powerdriver for sublimation -

Looks nice - would love to see it with a black border around the letters to compare! -
without the plastic cover you can get sublimation blanks to add vinyl - if you ever need the 1.5" receivers I have a bunch of them for a deal
-
and only heat the first color for 5 seconds, peel then add the second color - otherwise the first will shrink and you will never get them lined up
-
not sure on the RBF but personally I recommend separate machines - not too many people like to rear the machines apart and change them out in the long run when everything is set up and ready to go. price is not much more for the separate if you watch for them - also on the bug press just buy the cactus wraps the mug presses are a real pain. easier and quicker to use a 25 dollar wrap in the oven IMHO

I just pmed Bannerjohn to jump in on this as he still has a p-cut. I really can't remember and dont have the machine in front of me to find it -
I've had 3 do yourself a favor and just get the cactus mug wraps and do them in the oven - far more reliable better results. My latest is a mighty press and for a 5-$600 press it still doesn't compare to the oven. more convenient yes but not as nice of a finished product. it can be yours for 250.00+shipping

billy - that is too cool - and thanks Mark

unfortunately I no longer have a p-cut so i can look at it but I am sure there is an offset adjustment - if I remember correctly you take the cutter off line and go thru the menu to find it
