What type of cutter - have you ran a wire from the stand to the cutter to ground the stand - many time static build up in the stand discharging thru the cutter have caused this throughout the winter months

Your not going to find many cheaper than this one at 12,500 - you may find used fro around 6500 if you look hard enough. remember you can layer vinyl for multiple colors

you really set the blade by the blade exposure - so how deep it it really doesn't matter -
mine doesn't have cut dimensions checked
