Gildan 6.1oz ultra cotton -
use clear app tape and layer them like doing multiple colors to get them alligned on 1 backing (you will need to have some backing paper as big as the finished product

There used to be a guy on ebay that sold shelf paper as sign vinyl - most of it is hard and think compared to sign vinyl Looks great though on the plates

I don't have one but the cutter is a big step backwards from the copam as far as cutter quality - the next step up would be the graphtec or roland

only if you want to print your own transfers - you can cut and press most vector images with the siser and sune -

I think you covered everything I would have suggested - I used to have a copam and loved it. the 3 in 1 will let it turn a little more freely and the cleancut is always a good idea but I really can't think what might be going on here with everything your tried. - no bits of vinyl in hte blade holder is there? -

also just a little tip next time you have the blade out put a drop of 3 in 1, sewing machine or reel oil in the holder to keep it moving freely -

most shirt transfers are less than 12" so I don't think you will regret it for a while -
