here is a guide for using the offset feature - I do not have a p-cut any more and can't remember where the setting is -
They look clean to me 300!

The clean cut blades are much sharper and made of a finer grained carbide. they last much longer than the Chinese import blades. ask anyone that has used them once you do you will not go back. if you do get one make sure you back the pressure down 30 percent to start . . . they are that much sharper. -
or try a tennis ball if you don't have a rivet brush

usually an incomplete cut on p-cut is fixed with slight change to the offset - in some programs there is also a overcut feature -

The thicker the material the more blade that sticks out - the 1/2 credit card is just a starting point -
