    clean cut blade settings

Same thing I do except one for regular and shirt and another for reflective/metallics
  4. The Refines don't screw to the stand they just sit on rubber feet - I would wonder if you scraped a little paint on the stand under the screw to make a good ground to the stand

    Zen or Copam

either one - I did have a copam and loved it - it's a proven performer
  10. Re proportion the lettering but that is the idea! - even carry the design somehow onto the door

    Which would you buy?

how about 1270.00 for the graphtec http://cgi.ebay.com/Open-Box-CE-5000-60-Graphic-Vinyl-Plotter-Combo-w-Stand-/380226415653?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item588742ac25

    Greenstar for walls?

Oracal 631 is removable - greenstar is not made to be removable and may very well remove the paper from the drywall

    Which would you buy?

I read that too.....But I have witnessed the Graphtec's capabilities and I would find it hard to believe that the Zencut would be a better machine. I agree - there are MANY happy graphtec owners with years of experience with them - the one thread inquiring about the black . . . .all you get are cricket chirps in the background.

    Which would you buy?

I have seen the graphtec several times on ebay, on sale, or "Open Box" for 1250.00 - thats less than the black

question on cutter decision and starter setup

There is a manual work around with a lining up with the pen attachment but I have never used it. I notice the first big improvement in cutters when I got my copam so I thought it was a big difference - not as big as when I got the graphtec though
  16. Rob I like the third but would really like to see that style with a BIG graphic all the way down the side of the van. I think it would be more of an attention getter

question on cutter decision and starter setup

Copam is a much nicer cutter than the laserpoint (Basically a p-cut with a laser pointer to manually contour) but the copam does not contour cut

Question for those who have bought a Black Zencut.

should be 9.99 according to the website I was watching for an answer from an actual owner but the cricket chirps were getting too loud

    Which would you buy?

the copam is 750.00 and the zencut black is 1400 - kinda apples and oranges - given that I would take the zencut but with t hat said for the same price or less I would take the graphtec anyday. I would like to try a zen black just to see though but not paying 1400 for it!
