The Refines don't screw to the stand they just sit on rubber feet - I would wonder if you scraped a little paint on the stand under the screw to make a good ground to the stand -

Oracal 631 is removable - greenstar is not made to be removable and may very well remove the paper from the drywall

I read that too.....But I have witnessed the Graphtec's capabilities and I would find it hard to believe that the Zencut would be a better machine. I agree - there are MANY happy graphtec owners with years of experience with them - the one thread inquiring about the black . . . .all you get are cricket chirps in the background. -

I have seen the graphtec several times on ebay, on sale, or "Open Box" for 1250.00 - thats less than the black -
question on cutter decision and starter setup
Dakotagrafx replied to abullock22's topic in Pre-sale questions
There is a manual work around with a lining up with the pen attachment but I have never used it. I notice the first big improvement in cutters when I got my copam so I thought it was a big difference - not as big as when I got the graphtec though -

Rob I like the third but would really like to see that style with a BIG graphic all the way down the side of the van. I think it would be more of an attention getter -

Copam is a much nicer cutter than the laserpoint (Basically a p-cut with a laser pointer to manually contour) but the copam does not contour cut -

the copam is 750.00 and the zencut black is 1400 - kinda apples and oranges - given that I would take the zencut but with t hat said for the same price or less I would take the graphtec anyday. I would like to try a zen black just to see though but not paying 1400 for it! -
is fit to origin selected in the cutting section before you cut?
