Simple often looks best. Maybe put that small on front where a shirt pocket would be, then large on the back, maybe add a web address along the bottom.

I like that design, reminds me of a tire. Not a fan of that font though, not easy very easy to read.

Inkscape is free and with some tweaking of settings can get pretty good trace results.

Could be a bad USB cable, have you tried a different one? If that doesn't work try connecting via the comm port.

I found a vector drawing of Long Island and placed it into your car outline. I simplified the island a little, if this is going to be done with vinyl you'll want to simplifie it even more or it will be a weeding nightmare. Also, not sure if you realized or care, but your island isn't proportioned correctly, it's a bit squashed. Make any adjustments to the island, add your text and you should be good to go. LI.svg

Is the attached image the file you are sending the guy? If so, it is a raster image. To vector it; open the image in inkscape click the image to select it go to the tool bar, select Path->Trace Bitmap the default settings should be good then just click ok. Text never traces very well so you'd be best off deleting the text and redoing it with the text tool in Inkscape.

Problems with Image Trace and fidelity to original image - trying to make pixelated vectors

Glad we could help. When you get your final product produced post a photo. I'm curious to see what it is you're doing. -

I took your bitmap, blew it up by 500% then traced it in Inkscape and it came out with all straight lines and 90 degree angles, at least as best as I can tell it did. I think the key in Inkscape is unchecking the smooth and speckle options. model.svg -

I think he's wanting to go the other way. He wants a vector that looks like a pixelated image zoomed in. The larger the image you start with the better. So resize your raster image as big as you can to emphise the pixles. Not sure how to do it in Adobe, but in Inkscape you want to turn off the smooth corner and supress speckle settings of the trace tool. -
Do a drop shadow on your font. Then an outline of the eagle and punch the eagle outline through the drop shadow.

Right to left? Are you wanting the Club FC upside down or just backwards? What software are you useing? It's pretty easy to put text on a curve, if you tell us what you're using someone should be able to tell you how to do it.

Paths, seperating pieces of a project

Just playing around with it. Thought the American flag could use a few extra stars. lwf.svg -

You should be able to just copy the font folder under the WIndows directory.

Don't NVG just work by intensifying the existing light, and therefor would be of no use in a totaly blacked out room? The IR "lamp" is for such situations the goggles can pick up near IR light and see in the dark. I would suspect the main reason for this method being avoided is that anyone else with NG would see you clear as if you had a flash light on your head.

Tried that one already, didn't have any luck.

Trick for script fonts is to edit the image and erase a small section between each letters so the font identification programs can seperate the letters.
