    Playing with more glass

Funny you post this, I was just watching a YouTube video of a guy doing a two color plexiglass carving with a CNC machine.

    Mason Jar

There are many mason jar manufactures. The logos for all of which would be copywrited and/or trade marked. That being said, you can probably find what you want on brandsoftheworld.com

    Testing my new air eraser

It will work, but you'll get annoyed with it rather quickly. You want a larger tank, I don't think I'd go much smaller than 5gallon, and a higher CFM. .51SCFM is really low. I have an 8gallon compressor from Harbor Freight. With a full tank I can usually do a complete glass or two before the compressor kicks on. I'm not sure what the airflow of the air eraser is, but my compressor does 4.5scfm at 90 psi and I've not had any problems with it. Also, keep in mind, you can get away with compressors that have low CFM, you will just have to pause when the compressor kicks on and let the tank recharge. A small 1 gallon tank and really low CFMs like the one you linked to you will be pausing quite a lot and it will get annoying pretty quickly.

    .SVG file format

SVG is an open format, meaning anyone can use it. It's favored by free programes like Inkscape because there are no fees involved in it's use.

    Testing my new air eraser

Sand is not ideal for most things, and is rather dangerious if you don't have proper breating mask. AO is better but protection should always be used. You can do it in your drive way, but it will be a bit of a mess and a waste of the AO. I built my own "blast box" with a large tote, plexiglass, some rubber gloves, and a vacuum cleaner. Works quite well. Only regret is that I didn't get better gloves, they are a bit too small. After the fact I found some blasting gloves for about $10 that would of worked much better.

    Your website traffic.

meta tage keywords are not used as heavily as they once were to rank search results, but they are still used. the meta tag description is an important tag though. It controls what is displayed under the title in most all search engines. Have a good, short, clear descprition there will help people know what the page is about and more likely to click on it.

    Your website traffic.

It will take a few days for search bots to find and catalog a new domain name. There is a way to "register" domains with google so that they show up in search results faster than just waiting for the search bot to find it. I tried it once but not sure it made any real difference in anything.

How do you get the etching to show better?

I would think lexan being a "plastic" would etch easier than glass. Is it that the edges of the etching are not as sharp and crisp when you try to go deep?

From the RollePro web page Does this mean if you don't use 3M film you could be sued?

    First Large Vehicle Project....

I've heard good things about Simple Green for removal of sticky stuff. Haven't tried it personally, I do know it does a great job on oil/grease though.

Isn't that the bullet from Mario Brothers? Don't know how protective Nintendo is of their characters, if this is for a customer might want to be careful it's not a setup.

  19. I believe most all cutters have an AC-DC converter within them so the square vs sign wave really doesn't matter the DC converter filters it all down to a constant voltage level.
  20. yeah, there's quite a bit you can do to a web page that people don't see but will help search engines find and identify your page.

    Rain Suit

I doubt you'd be able to get much of anything to stick to those. They are a woven kind of fabric that repels water but lets some air through.
  23. FYI, that Endura Holographics is the same stuff that's in the second link I posted.
  24. I agree with mac, sales4U makes me think of something more like ebay or craigslist however, I also think it's more in marketing and word of mouth than just the name. If you're wanting search engines to catch your web page the name isn't as important as the meta tags and search bot readable text on the web pages.

    Rain Suit

My guess is it would probably stay on some of the cheaper plastic ones, but a high quality suit that has more of a waxy feel to it, probably not.
