USCutter will not let you down. My small run cutter is a 34" that I bought a few years back on a $600 special. A few months ago it went rogue, cutting letters as if haunted. WAY BEYOND WARRANTY - USCutter walked me through a few steps, determined the mother board was fried and sent me another one WITH directions.

We have moved to a better retail location and I need a different job tracking set-up. I would appreciate any input? What are you using? I'm thinking a 2 x 4 pegboard with dry erase combo.

i had one of those nightmares too-different teeth. i ended up doing a search for sprocket vector and found an easier one for inkscape.

I do the same as wildgoose with padded, manila envelopes and chip board for First Class - under 13 ounces. For large quantity orders I use the flat rate ship boxes if the profit is there. If the customer is close, try the regional box rate. I can ship a couple of hours away for about 2/3rds the cost of priority or flat rate.
