I have always uninstalled SB then re installed it when I had any issues and that worked. Give that a try you will not loose your files ...

When you start your machine look at the screen and make sure you are on roll 1 setting? The other you can try a factory reset
turn power off, hold down the "up" arrow button (^) and turn the power on while holding the button. NOVRAM will begin and just follow the queues. -

Plastisol transfers can be trouble at times. might have to call the ones that made them. Have you tried letting them cool some to warm and try peeling.
When I was having trouble I would cut the transfer into smaller pieces and a junk shirt and try different things to see if i could get anything to work?
One time it called for a hot peel and it was driving me crazy and I finally let it cool and it worked perfect. When I called the company I was told oh the directions were wrong?

Try Med pressure you are squeezing the glue out that tells me to much pressure and increase you time

I almost bought one but I didnt like the reviews and feedback I was getting on them. Plus they have been out a while along with others and they don't appear to be a huge seller so thats also a red flag for me, but like I said I haven't had one ...
