On mine, yours may be set up different. click on basic shapes on the left, then click on perfect shapes on the top. when you have the shape, play with the red node to get what you want for ends. Hope that helps.

Bet if you look, you have a .1 weed border set up.

Anything I have taken out of AI (created in AI) does the same thing. What I have found is (the best I can describe it) AI thinks white (or transparent to us) is a color and wants to cut it. Try welding it, or maybe ungrouping it and see if there is something there that should not be. (as in white) And that is my official best guess.

Has anyone played with the new cutting master 3 or graphtec studio? Just downloaded from there site and installed, but have not near the cutter to hook it up. Studio looks like it could be fairly good for a free design program. I must play a bit more and get back about it. EDIT: ok, maybe not so much for the studio. No support for AI, EPS, SVG or CDR. I am knocking my studio rating down to "cute" Mike

Main ride is a 02 softail standard done to the hilt. so I guess a softail custom standard. Also have a 02 sportster custom with no extra custom. Need to get started on that sometime.

There is something about registering it. If you don't it will cut through. not sure if that is it or not. It could be it is still in demo mode.

Always run out at least the amount of vinyl you are going to cut. (and leave it loose) 1, it will let you know you have the tracking right. and.. 2, as you found out, it don't like that shock of trying to pull the vinyl off the roll when the slack runs out.

Only been a couple of months, but no problem so far. I know it is not the same as 700 and 651, but it is different products. Ya, ya, not much help am I.

What problems have you seen with 651 on windows? I have not heard of me having a problem yet. (and I hope i don't) the avery 700 is rated the same as 651 for outdoor use. but not sure about layering them together. Don't know who you would even ask unless someone has tried it, and even that would have to be a long time ago they tried. Unless it failed real quick.

X-acto with a new (read very pointy) blade. That is all I use.

I would suggest 751. But, this is for 651. No discount for quantity. Remember, since it is customer install, you should be layering them before you hand them over. That would be a lot of time if they are going to be three color. Single color $4536.00 two color $6804.00 three color $9072.00
