You can also use 651 if that's what you have. I will make black 631 outlines and put gloss 651 on top of it. I like the contrast of the different finishes.

Everything looks good to me. Limit to workspace doesn't need to be checked.

Can you post what your cutter settings look like?

Make sure all of your design is inside of the workspace (Pink Rectangle) or you have the "Limit to Workspace" button Un-Checked in the cutter setup.

Too much order there, it doesn't look like anything get done.

I've never had that happen either.

What version of LXi do you have? Make sure it's compatible with Windows 8.

In my home I use Valspar Semi-Gloss paint from Lowes and nothing wants to stick to it. I think they add teflon to the formula to keep dirt and marks from sticking.

I've tried plexiglass and couldn't get the depth.

SignBlazer is Austrailian, not Chinese. After you do the first cut, have you tried backing out of the cut screen (Finish) and going back in but this time just cut the second tile? I haven't had this happen to me but it may be worth a try.

I like the clear app tape for paint mask. It isn't as tacky and comes off easier. For replacing the letters, I will cut letters on both sides as indexes to put parts back.

You could make one with the word "Fear" in it but not the words "Fear This" together.

We had a restaraunt here in town called Sonic Burrito. No affiliation to the national Sonic Drive In chain . When Sonic Drive In opened a store here they filed suit against Sonic Burrito because they own the rights to the word Sonic in the food chain business. Sonic Burrito had to change their name. Now I could open a business not related to food and use the word Sonic in the name and Sonic Drive In couldn't do anything. I believe this is a trademark and not a copyright case.
