Just cut two 10"x75" decals with no tracking problem what-so-ever... even with the speed at 25! It cut both decals within 1 minute! >
Did I mention... I love this damn machine, wish I would of bought this thing sooner!!!

LOL...
I don't even what to know what that big hairly lump sticking out from behind the right side of the drum set is!!!

I have a 10"x60" decal that needs to be shipped out. I'm about to throw down some clear app tape on the decal cause it's multi layered, and was just curious if anyone has trouble with clear app tape tunneling or any other known problems when rolled for shipping?
Thanks for any info...

Round2Racing... no reason to be harsh, the guy is only trying to be helpful. How often do you think he'll post if he gets bashed with every post. Give him a chance to atleast reply and explain the formula.

For clear app tape, I use the R-Tape Clear Choice AT-60 as well... works great for multi layer stuff, but it's full of static, and it's terrible when applied to vinyl if any heat is applied to it(i.e. left inside a vehicle on a warm day).

Disconnect and reconnect your usb or serial cable
Try a new cable
Check your Flexi settings
Update the Flexi drivers
Reinstall the Flexi drivers
Update the cutter's drivers
Reinstall the cutter's drivers
Reinstall Flexi
Hopefully, the first or second step works!

Great... more spam and another hi-jacked thread! lol

I use R-Tape 4075RLA, which I love... USC has just started selling some type of app tape that they swear will blow R-Tape away and at a cheaper price, but I have yet to try it. Actually, I'm due to buy a new roll this week, so I was planning to roll the dice on it.

Hey Dale... The company that produced SBE went under, so there is basically no way to re-register your product. If you would like to continue to use SBE, you can download their demo version, which is full functioning, and doesn't expire. Just do a search from the forum homepage, and I'm sure you'll find some threads with a link to the file.

Boyyyy... you should be ashamed of yourself!!! LOL j/k
Nicely done, Dave!

I would say start with trying a good vinyl.

So... did you bring the cutter home with you, or leave it in the sandbox for others to make decals over there?
-
No markings on the backside, not even a brand name??
-
The poster says the vinyl came with their Roland printer, so the brand is unknown.
-
Is this the only type of vinyl you're run through the machine? Is it not drying fast enough or maybe too fast??
-
Imagine that...

SWEET... hope he posts soon! Thanks for the update!!

Once you have imported and converted your image, click on the second icon(arrow pointed to in "ink1"). Click on the image, and all the node points will appear. Click on the node you want to delete(arrow pointed to in "ink2"), the node will turn red when your cursor is over the node, and it will turn blue/yellow when selected. Once selected, hit the delete button, and you're done.

I would choose 3M with ControlTac over Oracal's reflective vinyl any day of the week... I've used both, and 3M is better, hands down.
