I've been using 651 for most everything I do... mainly vehicle window decals, and stuff for motorcycle road races, but I have used it for vehicle graphics as well(but it's was fairly flat).

I have a customer that wants some vinyl lettering on the inside of his store front window. I understand all I need to do is click on the "mirror" option before cutting, but I'm a little concerned that the vinyl will not appear to be white since the sticky side will be facing outside. Currently, all I have is Oracal 651... will this work, or is there a different kind of viny lI need? Thanks for an help!

John hit the nail on the head... upload it to your font folder in windows, and then restart SB and the font will be there. Sometimes, I've had to actually open the font file, and then restart SB for it to be there.
-
They want the vinyl on the inside so someone can't remove the lettering in the middle of the night... No... the window is not tinted.
-
in another sub-forum... and it made me curious about SBE. Can you type text in a column? If so, how?
-
Well, that's the way I've been it in the past... I was curious if there if a faster/better/easier way to do it with SBE?
-
Yes... it's the same color prior to putting the vinyl on a piece of glass... but once it's on the glass, it takes on a slightly grey tint. I tried all the other colors(black, blue, red, orange, and yellow) and they all looked the same :bang:
